Utilising the Edusync Google | Enterprise UI

Below we outline how to operate the user interface for Edusync Google | Enterprise to enable you to control the Edusync Google settings of schools in your organisation.

Wonde can apply Edusync Google | Enterprise to your Wonde Enterprise Portal at your request. You can raise this request via support@wonde.com 

 

  1. Log in to your Wonde Enterprise Portal: enterprise.wonde.com 


  1. Via the top menu, navigate to Your apps and click the Launch button next to Edusync Google. This will open up a pop-up as shown below. Click  Launch as an Enterprise (You can also launch as an individual school by selecting the specific site in the dropdown menu).




  1. This will take you to the Edusync Google | Enterprise Schools Directory page.


 

  1. Click on Organisation Sync Settings and update the settings that you want to apply to your schools accordingly. For more information on these settings, please see here. 

  1. Return to the Schools Directory via the top navigation menu..
  1. You can turn on the organisation sync settings for schools that have Edusync Google approved. Click Settings and then toggle on Use organisation settings if you would like the school to use the settings profile you create in step 4.


Note: Any of the settings that you see remaining on the page once Use organisation settings is toggled on will also be available to the school to change in the Edusync Google UI that they have access to on their Wonde School Portal.

 





  1. Return to the Schools Directory page.
  1. If you would like all schools using the organisation sync settings to sync automatically every day, click the green Enable automated sync button in the top right corner of the page.
