Edusync Microsoft requires that you meet a few prerequisites before joining a call set the platform up with us. Please see them detailed below.
You will need:
- To be a Wonde School Portal Admin for your school.
- Have access to a Global Administrator account for your school's Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
- You will need an Administrative Unit in your Microsoft Entra ID tenant with all of the school's existing Entra ID Users AND Groups added to. This allows us to isolate the sync in multi school tenant scenarios but is required for all set ups.
